Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of premium skincare and facial products, building lasting client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. You will play a critical role in representing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and growing industry.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
- Present and demonstrate skincare and facial products to prospective clients, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads to achieve or exceed sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing solutions promptly and professionally.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to refine offerings and strategies.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and contracts.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, outlining progress and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or distribution sectors.
- Strong knowledge of skincare and facial products, including ingredients and benefits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Personal vehicle.
