• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing hardware and agricultural equipment based on their needs.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and provide technical advice to customers.
• Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and point-of-sale systems.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue through excellent customer service and upselling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Participate in inventory management, including stock checks and reordering products as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to implement sales strategies and promotions.

• Diploma-level qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a hardware or agricultural equipment setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical knowledge of hardware and agricultural tools is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work on a rotating schedule: 5 days plus a half-day on Saturday one week, and 5 days the following week.
