Job Title: Administrative Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an Administrative Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures to ensure smooth operation of the business. The Administrative Manager works with other leaders and team members within the business  to manage business operations and workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance while supporting the organization's goals through efficient administration
  • Serve as the point person for Senior Management
  • Direct and follow up on Invoicing and Expenses
  • Follow up with internal and external advisors on Legal and Tax Matters
  • Review of purchasing and material required for efficiency of the office
  • Communicate with service providers and vendors to resolve issues
  • Follow up with operations and accounting team
  • Assist with preparing and processing sales quotations
  • Analyzing and Reporting for Finance, Sales and HR
  • Ensure deadlines are met for accounting monthly close
  • Providing support/information to regional managers as requested
  • Supervising and monitoring junior team members
  • Coordinating logistics
  • Develop and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Any other support where needed.
 
Requirements and skills
  • Must have a degree in Business Administration. 
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Any studies on Logistics are a plus, but not required
