Company Profile:
Trinidad Generation Unlimited (TGU) manages a major fuel-efficient power plant in Trinidad and Tobago. The 720-megawatt (MW) TGU facility is a combined-cycle power plant which is owned by the National Investment Fund Holding Company Limited (NIFHCL), the latter is a wholly owned entity of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago (GoRTT). The plant is located at the Union Industrial Estate, La Brea and supported by a Corporate Office in Chaguanas.

Trinidad Generation Unlimited (TGU) invites suitably qualified persons to apply for the following contract position: 

Job Purpose:
The Driver is assigned to TGU’s Corporate Office, however, may work at any other TGU site as required. The duties associated with this position include driving any of the company’s vehicles for the purpose of transportation of Executive personnel, materials, documents and /or any other items as required. The incumbent is also required to make purchases as well as collect and deliver items associated with those purchases on behalf of the company.

Location: Corporate Office - Chaguanas

Qualifications, Certifications and Experience:

• Three (3) O’ Level subjects including Mathematics and English Language.
• At least five (5) years’ driving and two (2) years’ relevant experience as a Driver in a similar role.
