JOB DESCRIPTION
WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
 
Coop's Car Care City Limited, is Trinidad and Tobago's premier and fastest growing car care services providers, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.
 
The incumbent will coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring the preparation of chemicals in accordance with Company Standards and tracking warehouse inventory.  He/She is also responsible for the supervision of warehouse employees and assigning them tasks daily, ensuring that tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Professional Diploma in Management or Degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline from an accredited academic institution
  • A minimum of three (3) years in a management position
  • Experience in Warehouse Management and Inventory Software
  • Understanding of Warehouse and Inventory best practices and standards
  • Technical ability, basic knowledge of vehicles, tools and related equipment, computer literate with ability to use applicable software and applications
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous and Attention to detail
  • Problem solving and Administrative skills
  • Proactive with a Strategic nature
 
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish will be an asset
