CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Coop’s Car Care City Limited, is Trinidad and Tobago’s premier and fastest growing car care services provider, and we are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team.
The Customer Service Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the Customer Service Manager by leading our team of Customer Service Representatives. The Supervisor will be instrumental in enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction, helping to build client relationships and foster ongoing business growth. Additionally, this position involves coordinating the team's efforts to ensure effective and efficient daily operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional Diploma in Business Administration or a related field will be an asset
- At least 3 years experience in customer service roles, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory position
- Additional certifications in Customer Service or Management can also be an asset
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and staff
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar applications
- Empathy and the ability to work well with diverse teams and customers
- Understanding of customer service best practices and standards
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work comfortably in an outdoor environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle for work-related travel
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish will be an asset
