Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the testing laboratory, ensuring compliance with ISO 17025 standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Maintain and improve laboratory accreditation, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve laboratory efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage laboratory budgets, equipment, and resources effectively.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
