Description
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate the site access and confirm the installation environment.
- Coordinate, organize, and check and manage goods on site to ensure the timely delivery of goods to sites.
- Manage the site progress and construction process to ensure that the construction unit carries out the construction as planned and as required.
- Monitor site quality. Check and monitor the installation quality of civil works, towers, equipment rooms, auxiliary equipment, and main equipment.
- Manage on-site site acceptance, and organize the customer and construction company to carry out on-site acceptance and signing of sites.
- Collect site documents, review and normalize the site completion and acceptance documents completed by the construction party, and submit them to the document administrator of the project team.
- Optimize the site construction process and procedure, train and guide each construction team to implement the site construction according to the standard and standard site construction process, and assist the PM in managing all affairs at the site level.
- Organize and coordinate the resources of engineers of different work types, functional engineers, and partners to complete the delivery of wireless products at the site level.
Requirements
- University degree or above (graduate certificate or degree certificate), one year or more of communication experience, familiarity with communication principles, and experience in product delivery.
- Familiar with wireless project delivery. Those who have participated in and led the delivery of key wireless projects are preferred.
- Have good understanding, communication, and strong service awareness, be able to deeply understand and analyze customer requirements, and be able to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Good teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good English ability and can be used as a daily working language.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.
- Customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with network protocols and technologies.
- Certifications in IT or IVS-related fields.
