What You'll Do:

- Diagnose and manage sight issues and eye health conditions, offering tailored advice on eyeglasses and contact lenses.
- Stay at the forefront of optical care by utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver seamless, personalized care to every patient.
- Keep detailed, accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health standards and regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance of cutting-edge lab equipment and ensure it’s calibrated for optimal use.
- Take charge of pathological cases, referring patients to specialized professionals when needed, and provide thoughtful follow-up care to ensure full resolution.
- Embrace a leadership role in managing workflow and supporting team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Optometrist with a Bachelor’s degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Membership in the local Professional Association.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an optometry role.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first approach to service.
- Proficiency with optical equipment and a solid understanding of ophthalmic procedures.
- An eye for detail, paired with strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
