• Supervise and coordinate distribution activities, including order processing, routing, dispatching, and delivery.
• Lead a team of drivers, providing direction, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and optimize distribution routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery performance.
• Address and resolve any distribution or delivery issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze distribution data and generate reports to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Assist in fleet management, including vehicle maintenance and fuel efficiency monitoring.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to distribution and transportation.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of local delivery routes.
