Description
Core Discipline: To procure items and maintain accurate inventory level records.
Reports to: Manager/Supervisor/Head F & A
Job Purpose:
To procure items and maintain accurate inventory level records, vehicle records and employee timekeeping.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor inventory shelves for service parts and the tyre stock
- Maintain a clean and organised Stores Room with items labelled.
- Maintain a professional manner in the workplace
- Ensure proper communication maintained to ensure the flow of work
- Ensure the required reports are sent to the relevant departments on time
- Update and maintain the required spreadsheets on a daily basis
- Ensure all parts & goods received are in accordance with the PO & invoice
- Follow up on all outstanding invoices.
- Ensure invoices are processed on a timely basis.
- Monitor Stationary & Grocery supply
- Maintain filing system
- Uphold all company policies and procedures
- Participate in HSE Activities
- Any other duties assigned by Managers/Supervisor/Directors
JOB SPECIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education, Skills And Training:
- High School Certificate
- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Police Certificate of Good Character (COC)
- Valid driver's License
- HSE Orientation
- HSE Training
Core Competencies:
- Ability to work as a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Good hand to eye coordination, hearing & vision
- Ability to follow instructions and complete task in a timely manner
- Be responsive
Experience Required:
- Prior experience in a similar position would be considered an asset
- At least three (3) years experience in a similar position
Working Knowledge of the following considered an asset:
- Microsoft 365
- Health and Safety
- STOW Criteria
