Job Title: HR Advisor (4-6 Month Contract)

Duration: 4-6 Months

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Advisor to join our client’s team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating existing HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements. Additional HR-related functions may also be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, revise, and update existing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Support other HR functions as required.

Requirements:
  • A first degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline from a recognized, accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and updating HR policies and procedures is required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
