Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Driver/Van Sales to join our team.  This role combines delivery duties with sales responsibilities, ensuring timely and efficient product distribution while also identifying and maximizing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is a reliable driver with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers within assigned
routes. 
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders while maintaining product integrity. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote products and services. 
• Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products to customers. 
• Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any delivery or
product-related issues. 
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, and customer feedback. 
• Load and unload products, tally off van inventory daily. 
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and traffic regulations. 
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed. 
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and the public.


Qualifications & Skills: 
• 5 CXC  / O Levels 
• Five years driving experience with a clean record. 
• Proven experience in sales and/or delivery driving preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy loads. 
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices.
