Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Bhagwansingh’s Hardware & Steel Industries Limited. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for customers, directing them to the appropriate departments and ensuring they receive quality customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general inquiries
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments based on their needs.
- Provide basic product information and ensure a seamless transition to department.
- Monitor the store entrance and assist in managing customer flow.
- Support the customer service team with handling concerns, complaints and special requests
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional front-end appearance
- Assist with store promotions, special events and customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
- Basic knowledge of hardware store products is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store as needed.
