Description
- Responsible for providing technical, operational, and functional support to end users in the use and implementation of software applications and hardware.
- Responsible for ensuring the operability and maintenance of the NVR and DVR Surveillance Systems for all four sites.
- Involvement in all ERP systems to assist with IT and settings related issues.
- Responsible for performing manual back-up of Posi-check and Hydro-static databases on weekly basis and assist with resolving any issues.
