Hydro Tech Limited, a leading service provider Company operating in the Energy Services sector, is inviting applications from suitably qualified nationals of Trinidad and Tobago to become a part of a dynamic team in the following positions in South Trinidad.
Job Title: Field Supervisor
Repsonsibilities:
The Field Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of assigned scopes, including effective leadership of site labour. The role involves interfacing with clients to define labour, equipment and material needs.
- A diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline OR a combination of relevant training and experience.
- Proven experience in construction supervision in the energy sector.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in a Supervisor role.
- Strong understanding of construction management, quality control and HSE principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams.
- Expertise in project planning, execution and resource management.
- Proficient in regulatory compliance and industry standards specific to the energy sector.
