Job Title: Accounting Assistant​
Repsonsibilities:
The Accounting Assistant is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to ensure the effective, efficient, and accurate execution of financial operations.
- Associate’s degree in accounting or Level 1 ACCA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Peachtree, EZ Pay) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and vendors
