THE ROLE

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of matters, including:

• Conveyancing and Real Estate Transactions

• Mortgage Transactions and Title Investigations

• Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution • Contract Drafting and Review

• Corporate and Commercial Matters

• Legal Research, Opinions and General Advisory Work

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for an Attorney who:

• Is admitted to practise in Trinidad and Tobago

• Possesses strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Is organised, dependable and able to manage matters independently

• Exercises sound judgment and maintains a high level of professionalism

• Is comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a team

• Is proactive, solutions-oriented and eager to develop professionally

Experience in conveyancing, mortgage transactions and/or civil litigation would be an asset.
