We are seeking two (2) experienced and driven Civil Site Engineers to join our team. This role involves working on marine and onshore construction projects. You will be actively engaged in construction execution, supporting tender processes and resolving engineering challenges on site. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of both coastal and onshore projects from commencement to completion (berthing structures, revetments, dredging, deep foundations, sheet pile walls). 
• Liaising with Clients on a daily basis
• Maintain project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards
• Assist in proposal and tender preparation
• Submit modification proposals as needed during project execution
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment vendors
• Perform other related engineering and site duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in civil construction (marine/coastal/foundations preferred).
• Experience in AutoCAD
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Survey Levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organisational and task management skills
• Willingness and flexibility to travel
• Knowledge or piling and foundation works is a strong asset
• Experience in preparing tenders and delegating tasks to site crews
