Summary

A confidential energy services client is building a candidate pool for upcoming contingent labour and manpower opportunities across Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, and partially Suriname. Successful applicants may be considered for project-based, rotational, contract, temporary, or contingent assignments based on experience, availability, and client requirements.

The Equipment Operator will support field and operational activities by preparing, operating, cleaning, maintaining, and transporting equipment used in energy services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for operations.

• Operate assigned equipment within competency level and approved procedures.

• Assist with rig-up, rig-down, loading, unloading, and mobilization activities.

• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, inspections, and readiness checks.

• Support field crews during operations.

• Complete basic documentation and equipment records.

• Follow HSE, PPE, and client site requirements.

Requirements

• Previous equipment operation experience in oilfield, industrial, logistics, construction, marine, plant, or field service environments.

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow operational procedures.

• Valid driver’s permit may be required depending on assignment.

• Willingness to work in field locations, physically demanding conditions, and rotational schedules where required.

• Relevant experience and certifications must be clearly stated on the CV or uploaded with the application where available.

Preferred

• HSE, defensive driving, forklift, rigging, lifting, or first aid training.
