About the role   
We are seeking a Qualified Finance Manager experienced in Engineering/ Construction industries, as the role is relative to Contract type Accounting.

 

Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager shall include amongst other duties:

• Supervision and management of Accounting staff

• Financial Planning & Strategy making

• Budget Management & Cost Control

• Cash Flow & Liquidity Management

• Project Financing & Investment Decisions

• Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance

• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Monthly Management accounts 

• Tax preparation

• Reviewing financial records to verify accuracy and identify potential issues

Experience and qualifications    

• Full ACCA Certification 

• Minimum of ten (10) years accounting experience

• Minimum of five (5) years at Supervisory Level

• Knowledge and experience in contract accounting (Engineering/Construction fields) is mandatory 

• Accounting Software experience (Quickbooks preferred)

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong problem resolution skills

• Strong Inter-personal and communication skills
