Graphic Artist / Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking a highly creative, digitally fluent, and marketing-savvy Graphic Artist /Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. If you love blending bold visuals with smartstrategy, and you re energized by the evolving world of AI-powered creativity, this role is yourcanvas.

As our visual storyteller and brand architect, you will lead the design and execution of allmarketing collateral, coordinate high-impact campaigns, and maintain brand integrity acrossevery touchpoint print, digital, social, and beyond. You’ll be the bridge between design andmarketing: executing visuals that don’t just look good but perform.

You will also provide comprehensive administrative support to the Marketing &Communications Manager, contributing to projects across various sub-marketing departments corporate marketing, digital, communications, community outreach, and events.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Graphic Design & Branding
  •  Develop and execute compelling visual content for campaigns, events, social media,
  • email, website, print, signage, and presentations.
  • Act as the brand steward, ensuring consistency in visual identity, tone, and application across all platforms.
  • Design newsletters, manuals, brochures, and marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
  • Create and manage digital assets including social media graphics, reels, motion graphics, infographics, and display ads.
  • Stay current with design trends and actively integrate AI tools to streamline production and push creative boundaries.

Marketing Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, in-store, and community touchpoints.
  • Track and analyze performance data for campaigns and report on key marketing KPIs.
  • Coordinate marketing materials with vendors, printers, and media partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Support promotional launches, brand initiatives, sponsorship activations, and internal marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update contact databases, project files, and campaign schedules.

Administrative & Project Support

  •  Provide full administrative support to the Marketing & Communications Manager on all
  • marketing and communications projects.
  •  Assist with scheduling, research, follow-up, logistics, vendor coordination, and internal
  • communications.
  •  Support projects and tasks across any sub-marketing department—from digital and
  • retail marketing to brand activations and public outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in graphic design, brand development, or marketing coordination.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and emerging AI design platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides, with a knack for creating sleek, branded presentations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (email, social media, websites), metrics, and content scheduling tools.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for design, storytelling, teamwork, and continuous learning.
