We are seeking a motivated HR Assistant (Temporary) to provide vital support to the Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the department.

Key Job Functions: 

  • Support HR Officers with administrative functions
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of temporary staff
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records
  • Manage employee leave applications and records
  • Assist with NIS administration and Workmen’s Compensation claims
  • Provide support with benefits administration
  • Perform general HR duties as required

 

Educational requirements:

  • 5 CXC/GCE O’ Level passes (including Mathematics and English)
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)

 

Skills required:

  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
