Procurement Officer
Location: Hospitality Industry
Job Summary:
The Procurement Officer is responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to goods and services within the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the proposal development process.
2. Develop and manage tender documents (RFI, RFQ/RFP).
3. Process orders and collaborate with project personnel for clarity on specifications.
4. Analyze quotations and negotiate with vendors.
5. Conduct risk management for supply contracts.
6. Support user departments with procurement processes.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Business Management or qualifications in purchasing & logistics.
2. Certificate in Procurement and Supply Management.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
