Position Summary:
The Projects Department Assistant supports the coordination of swimming pool construction, renovation, and water treatment projects. Responsibilities include administrative, logistical, and technical assistance to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication skills and an interest in construction and water treatment systems.


Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain project files, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Assist with quotations, tenders, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Prepare purchase requests and coordinate deliveries to job sites.
• Support inventory control and supplier communication.
• Act as liaison between office, field staff, and clients.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.
• Support site documentation, measurements, and photo reports.
• Learn and assist with Culligan system project installations.


Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in project or administrative support (construction or water treatment an asset).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid T&T Driver’s Permit (preferred).
• OSHA/HSE certification (advantage).

Work Conditions:
• Office-based with occasional site visits.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• May assist on weekends or after-hours for project deadlines.
