As a Service Man, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients while maintaining our company's standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general and specialized cleaning duties at residential and commercial properties.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by Management or Supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible hours.
- Willingness to learn and operate specialized cleaning equipment.
- A valid manual transmission driver's licence would be an asset.
