Description

• Perform the necessary daily preventative maintenance checks and routine maintenance to ensure that the vehicle is always kept in a clean and safe condition.
• To drive and be responsible for assigned vehicle and ensure that QHSE standards ar adhered to.
• Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations of Trinidad and Tobago
• To be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of assigned tasks and or personnel between customers or as otherwise directed.
• When on customer’s location/site, ensure full compliance to their policies and procedures.
• Check goods being loaded onto the assigned truck.
• Ensure that directions are known for each customer whose order is being loaded on the assigned truck before leaving.
• Supervise loaders and ensure that they perform their duties.
• Ensure that the correct quality and type of products are delivered to the customer in good conditions.
• All invoices for goods that are delivered must be properly signed and dated.
• Collect returns/damages from customer in accordance with the company policy.
• Ensure all products are accounted for upon return to the warehouse.

• Five (5) CXC/CSEC/O’Level passes inclusive of English and Mathematics
• Valid Drivers Permit – Class 4 or 5
• Ability and willingness to work overtime.
• Between Three (3) to Five (5) years driving experience
• A Defensive Driving Certificate will be considered an asset.
