Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will drive sales and develop client relationships by visiting assigned locations. This role involves meeting sales targets, prospecting new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing ones through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend products based on customers' needs and interests.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ activities.
- Demonstrate products to potential and regular customers, explaining features and soliciting orders.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through various networks and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare sales reports, contracts, and order forms.
- Provide estimates, quotes, and delivery dates to meet customer needs.
- Collect and use client feedback to enhance products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract details and payment terms.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- High energy level with strong customer service skills.
- Alternatively, equivalent combination of qualifications and experience will be considered.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work flexible hours.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift over 25 lbs.
