Description

• Provide comprehensive Contractor financial reports to the Company's management
• Guide financial decisions by applying sound cost control tools and techniques
• Ensures compliance to financial controls and guidelines
• Achieve cost performance goals with proper change management, analysis, and corrective actions
• Maximize Contractor productivity through monitoring and management of approved resource plans
• Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies

• Collection of daily and cumulative contractor labor hours, craft headcount and cost
• Verification of Contractor time and resource sheets for accuracy
• Cost analysis, planned (budgeted – Control Estimate) versus actual
• Forecasting cost to completion
• Ensuring accurate time, resource and cost allocation
• Monitoring contractor ramp up/down versus planned. Tracking of Contractor planned resource loading versus actual
• Contractor resource change management
• Producing contractor cost and resource reports inclusive of cumulative curves – updated daily reporting per contractor. Generating individual Contractor cost curves
• Tracking contractor work complete (Earned value) and ensuring timely receipts by the Company's Leads

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, accounting, or engineering
• Five or more years of experience Project Controls, with an emphasis on cost control Turnaround Cost Controller 
• Professional certification, such as PMP from the Project Management Institute will be an asset
