Description
Duties:
- Generate and enter invoices on Peachtree
- Departmental Purchasing – (Request for Quotes, Prepare Requisitions & Purchase Orders)
- Liaise with suppliers to get items delivered in a timely manner
- Follow up on payment for suppliers
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Filing and general Admin Duties
- Monitor invoices and payments through Company accounts payment system
- Maintain several databases
- Receive goods, accurately enter into stock and dispatch customer orders
Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Well organized
- Effective time management
- Ability to work within a diverse team, anticipate needs and necessary workflows
- Has a good attitude, self-motivated and trainable
- Exceptional client relations skills
- Able to work with little supervision
