Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited is seeking to hire an Administrator who will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs.

Duties:
  • Generate and enter invoices on Peachtree
  • Departmental Purchasing – (Request for Quotes, Prepare Requisitions & Purchase Orders)
  • Liaise with suppliers to get items delivered in a timely manner
  • Follow up on payment for suppliers
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Filing and general Admin Duties
  • Monitor invoices and payments through Company accounts payment system
  • Maintain several databases
  • Receive goods, accurately enter into stock and dispatch customer orders
