Description

• Maintain all production and packaging machines.
• Maintain auxiliary equipment (air compressors, furnaces, timers, freezers etc.)
• Service, troubleshoot; and perform preventive and predictive maintenance functions on equipment and machinery.
• Carries out routine checks on all production line machinery on startup.
• Assist with installation and/or modification of existing and new equipment to improve efficiency.
• General maintenance of plant and building (a/c, lighting, plumbing, etc.).
• Maintains up-to-date reports of completed jobs and parts inventory.
• Provide technical guidance during employee training and ensuring employees complies with safe and proper usage of equipment.
• Keeps working environment safe and clean by complying with Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA requirements
• Reports to and perform any related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
