Job Title: Performance Analyst - Maintenance, Turnaround and Campaigns (MTAC)
Department: Business Transformation
Section : Performance and Integrated Planning
Reports To: Manager- Performance and Integrated Planning
Job Purpose:
The Performance Analyst develops, maintains and improves performance management systems and processes and ensures they are directly interlinked with activity plans, activity delivery, in-year operational targets and the Company's strategic targets. The incumbent ensures these performance management systems and processes are seamlessly implemented at the functional and department levels. They will also work to maximise integration at the organisational level to provide insights on progress against targets, business barriers, emerging operational risks and the Company's position against global operational benchmarks.
The Performance Analyst is accountable for proactive analysis, development of key insights and improvement recommendations and delivery of quality performance management reports to enable effective performance management reviews and assist in tracking key delivery milestones. The Performance Analyst will drive the implementation of standardised performance management processes and tools in sync with activity planning processes. They will work with functions and sub-functions to drive the Company's performance review cycle in alignment with the Company's management system to continually improve operating outcomes and reduce operating risk.

- Accountable for proactive data analysis and trending using the latest tools and development of key insights and improvement recommendations and delivery of quality performance management reports to enable effective performance management reviews and assist in tracking key delivery milestones
- They will work with functions and sub-functions to drive the Company's performance review cycle in alignment with the Company's Asset Management System (AMS) to continually improve operating outcomes and reduce operating risk.

Qualifications, Knowledge an Experience:
- A first degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline from a recognised, accredited insititution
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in performance management and planning in the Oil & Gas or related sector
- Strong knowledge or performance management and planning processes and tools
- Experience in the use of management systems and continuous improvement processes.
