Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of the store. This includes ensuring that the store is meeting sales and profitability goals, maintaining high standards of customer service, managing and training staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory, cash handling, staffing, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and schedule employees to ensure adequate staffing levels and quality customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, such as marketing campaigns and menu promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and control inventory levels and costs, including ordering supplies and managing waste.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, including sales, inventory, and labor costs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, including providing coaching and feedback to employees and promoting teamwork and communication.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 3+ years of management experience in the food service industry, preferably in a fast food or quick service restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of local and state regulations related to food service operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
