Reports to: Financial Controller
JOB SUMMARY
The Storeroom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the storeroom, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join the team and deliver exceptional service.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inventory control procedures, including receiving, storing, counting, and distributing inventory.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that materials and supplies are adequately stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement to reorder supplies as needed, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and compliance with purchase orders.
- Supervise the proper storage of materials, ensuring that items are stored in appropriate locations and conditions.
- Manage the distribution of materials to various departments, ensuring that requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately.
- Ensure that all storeroom operations adhere to food safety regulations and company policies including HACCP.

- Able to drive the team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity and inclusion within your team.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication skill
- Able to stand for long intervals of standing, bending, reaching, walking and repetitive leg/arm movements.
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to work in both hot and cold temperatures.
- Must be able to stand for long hours.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in, inventory management, accounting or related field.
- Working knowledge of a computerized inventory management software.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity.
