- Must have at least 5 CSEC passes including Math and English.
- Must be competent in Excel,
 - Able to work Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Process payments and vendor invoices.
  2. Reconcile received goods with supplier invoic.
  3. Maintain accounting files, electronic records, and databases.
  4. Perform data entry and procurement tasks.
  5. Handle incoming calls and telemarketing inquiries.
  6. Receive and relay messages, emails, and faxes.
  7. Assist with customer relations and minor queries.
  8. Generate invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
