Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hardware, tools, or retail sales who enjoys supporting customers, preparing quotes, and ensuring smooth order processing. The successful candidate will assist in responding to client inquiries, sourcing items, preparing quotations, and managing invoicing and order workflows.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requests
  • Follow up on quotes and maintain communication with customers to support sales conversion
  • Source tools and hardware items as required for client needs
  • Process sales orders and upload invoices to internal systems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and order status
  • Provide excellent in-house customer support and assist with walk-ins when necessary
  • Work closely with the sales and inventory team to ensure availability and timely delivery of items

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar administrative role
  • Hardware and tool knowledge is essential
  • 5 CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer-literate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
