Job Summary
A dynamic and expanding organization in shipping, logistics, and chemical manufacturing is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee business performance across chemical and cold storage divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the chemical manufacturing plant

• Lead technical sales and distribution teams for chemical products

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance market share and profitability

• Optimize supply chain, logistics, and cold storage operations (local and international)

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards

• Oversee quality assurance (QA) protocols

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 10 years’ management experience in a chemical manufacturing environment

• Proven experience in logistics, cold storage, and complex sales operations

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional team management skills
