Job Description:

We are seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day tasks to help our organization function efficiently. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  2. Enter and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
  3. Keep records up-to-date and ensure that information is easily accessible when needed.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 CSEC/CXC/O level Passes, including English and Mathematics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
