Description

• Receive shift files and reports from the Cambio on a timely basis to submit to the Compliance officer
• Analyse Shift Reports and enter into the system (accounting system)
• Check the integrity of the data on sheets to submit to Central Bank
• Prepare Bank Reconcilations, Payroll journals and finalize Financial Statements
• Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements for the Central Bank
• Prepare and submit Monthly Dealing Revenue and Turnover Rent Figures for the Airports Authourity of Trinidad and Tobago
• Preparation of Audit schedules and liaise with the External Auditors
• Prepare Statutory Reports and ensure that payments are made by the stipulated deadline dates
• Liaise with the HR and Payroll department with respect to the Monthly Payroll information for processing and statutory remittances
• Preparation and Submission of Weekly Report to the Central Bank Of Trinidad and Tobago
• Ordering of Stationery and consumable supplies for the two branches and the administrative office

• BSC Accounting or pursuing ACCA Level 2.
• A minimum of two years work experience in an Accounts Department will be an asset.
