We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the B2B sector. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, building relationships, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored solutions to prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the outsourcing or customer service industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong prospecting and networking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets
