Job Overview
The role of Senior M365 and SharePoint Developer has become available with one of our core clients in the entertainment and media industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development and hands-on experience with both SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (SharePoint Server Edition). Additionally, the role will require proficiency in designing and implementing solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Azure, PowerApps, Power Automate, .NET technologies, and a comprehensive understanding of the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role will involve creating, enhancing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions tailored to meet organisational needs, all within the boundaries of an agreed and detailed requirements document.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions for SharePoint Online according to best practice.
• Creation and maintenance of development backlog using Azure DevOps
• Work collaboratively with a full scale project delivery team
• Create web-parts and functionality that rely on Secure API Integration for data CRUD actions
• Produce all development related documentation to support an effective hand-over process. This includes deployment guides and Low Level Designs

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years overall development experience
• SharePoint Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises (Server Edition).
• Expertise in developing with SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Client\Server side Object Modelling and Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Designer workflows.
• Previous involvement in large-scale SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Edition
• Working knowledge of the following languages and technologies
  • HTML, CSS, SPFX, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .Net
  • Power Platform, D365 Customer Services
  • PowerShell, PnP
• Experience working with DevOps best practices to accelerate delivery through automation, collaboration, fast feedback and iterative improvement.
• Experience working with the Azure DevOps technical stack Desirable Skills
• Working experience with Azure technologies commonly used in integration and application architecture: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure Data Factory, KeyVault and App Services

Education

• BSC Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer
