The Technical Services Coordinator is a vital position within the LPG installation department, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities crucial for the effective delivery of services. This role supports the Senior Team Lead in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the operations of the LPG Services Department. The TSC ensures that all commercial and residential installations, alongside maintenance and repairs for filling stations, bulk trucks, and Road Tank Wagons, are executed in accordance with established standards and timelines that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and core values.
Additionally, the TSC plays a key role in identifying new business opportunities within the service sector and expanding the existing customer base in the LPG market. This position is essential for maintaining operational excellence, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations while fostering a collaborative team environment and continuous improvement.
