Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of electronics and beauty products, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This role involves assisting customers, managing online orders, and maintaining an organized workspace while promoting our beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient support to customers in-person and over the phone.
- Demonstrate knowledge of electronics, particularly mobile devices, to assist customers effectively.
- Install screen protectors accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare online orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Assist customers in selecting the right beauty products for their needs.
- Sell beauty products and maintain an engaging sales environment.
- Manage our Facebook pages by posting updates, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate orders for courier pickup and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote professionalism.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Operate printers and scanners for documentation and order processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Education: 3 CXC passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Sales Skills: Ability to sell beauty products and assist customers in their selections.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; ability to use printers and scanners.
- Electronics Knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile devices.
- Installation Skills: Proficient in installing screen protectors.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
